A pre-release version of Inkscape is available for review and testing in source and RPM forms here:

Please download, test out, and report any significant problems you encounter to the Inkscape bug tracker.
We anticipate releasing 0.36 soon, unless any show-stopper bugs (such as frequent crashes) are discovered.
