Once the list is available, I'll put out the official announcement, however I would encourage the new members of this list to take the duty to promote it and encourage other Spanish speaking users to join. I think seeing news in the native language will be the most effective way of building the community. Also, if speakers of other languages would also like to have lists set up, and can meet the same conditions that were met for the Spanish list, I will create them as well.
