I guess my comment was that I don't think we have plans to use our patents (all of them) against OpenBSD, Windows or Apple either. Should we be more comprehensive in our statement?
I don't think we need to do that formally like this. We have no patents, so obviously we're not going to use them either offensively or defensively. ;-)
