Hi board,

Gitlab has updated the contract to make it clear that if there is no

renewal, no one is charged and we are "simply" back to the free plan, so

we can vote on it.

[a] Decide on signing the attached paper and get on the Gitlab OSS program

[b] Do not sign it

[c] Ask for more clarifications first ?
