[Inkscape-board] Board resignation

Hello everyone,

Recently I haven't been as active in the project as in the past, and this situation is likely to continue for some time. Given that an election is coming up anyway, I decided to step down from the board, in the spirit of the "step down responsibly" section of our Code of Conduct.
