First off, thank you so much for the effort you've put into this. I know it hasn't been easy.

I guess what this makes me think is that we should renew the effort to get a part time admin. I think we felt like perhaps we didn't need it with all of Jonathan's excellent work; but it is clear as he stepped back that we have a hole there.
