Voting is needed to fund purchasing another batch of Inkscape
stickers. These are the high quality waterproof metallic vinyl stickers
that we've used (to high demand) for hackfests, but featuring the
generic Inkscape theme. Stickers have proven to be a popular way to
promote Inkscape at public events, and we've run completely out of the
1,000 we purchased last time.
Proposal:
1. Authorize reimbursement to Marc Jeanmougin for the printing of
Inkscape stickers.
- [ ] a. Yes, authorize reimbursement of up to $1250 for 10,000
stickers.
- [ ] b. Yes, authorize reimbursement of up to $220 for 1,000
stickers.
- [ ] c. Yes, authorize reimbursement of up to $A for $B stickers.
- [ ] d. No, do not authorize reimbursement for printing stickers.

Background
----------
Due to high demand, we discussed at the October board meeting
purchasing 10,000 Inkscape stickers at once. By doing so we can get
them quite cheaply. CR reports he can get high quality stickers at the
following rates:
* 1000 stickers for 150 pounds ($192)
* 10,000 stickers for 900 pounds ($1156)
Mc will be purchasing this batch, using Cr's design and purchasing
guidance. The stickers will then be distributed at various Inkscape
events over the coming year.
(Several board members have already approved this, but on a defunct
mailing list, so we're re-requesting votes on the official list for
proper archiving.)
