the developer team wants to evaluate cloud provider Clouding.io http://clouding.io/ as a more powerful and flexible compute backend for Windows CI. Background:
We are looking for a scalable solution to provide ephemeral Windows runners that is more powerful than GitLab's fleet and that does not rely on community members sponsoring hardware and utility bills.
The evaluation will be managed and the budget spent by me (there will be a regular invoice to be reimbursed).
