I'm okay with us providing a note, I think it is just a promise from the board. But, I'm not sure that the note needs to come from SFC since they'd be technically writing the check to them, earmarked for us.

We should, after that, talk about a bronze sponsorship. I imagine for them putting their name on our website would be a very visible key to their membership of where their money went.

This is an interesting request. Does anyone have any good ideas about
how to be sure how money will be spent for hackfests?

I could say that the money will go into the pool used to transport
people and allow them to stay here in Boston?
