Wow, I remember that!  It's verbose, I'm guessing Bryce wrote it ;-)

Somewhere it should say that we are a member of the conservancy (I 
couldn't find it in any case) and we should have a link to the 
conservancy's website too. Could be something really simple, like a 
one-line sentence on this page here:
http://staging.inkscape.org/en/about/

What are your thoughts?

Either that or even something in the small print at the bottom of the page.  I don't have strong feelings either way, but I do feel like we should mention our association somewhere so that people know.
