Dear PLC,

As requested under the policy, pbs requests $1,500 or less to purchase
a windows computer for debuging Inkscape 1.5. This easily falls within
the developer team's needs for continued stabilisation of the release.

 a. Approve the budget of $1,500 for a computer
 b. Disaprove
 c. Something else ...
