Their website says they will decide by the end of April if it will be help by the end of May... For me in Paris, this is enough time in advance to make plans (so I will probably go if it happens), but it would be too late for plane travelers.
The travel ban is scheduled to be lifted early May in France, but right now I would not encourage anyone to plan a travel, so I'm fine with scrapping the vote
