I apologize for the email changes, I just wanted to make sure they would be easy to find. Since I haven't been involved in hiring contractors like this before at Conservancy, I needed to figure out best practice and I think this should work well.
As for the text changes, the specificity helps define the job and makes it more clear that it's operational funding.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the textual corrections. Though I am curious as to why Logistics is necessary. Something to do with that being a specific type of job that this isn't?
