The document should be editable so you can directly comment on it.

So I seem to have access to edit it, but I don't see a comment feature. Do you want comments inline? Not sure what you're thinking there.

This may be because I'm in the text editor for markdown files instead of the LibreOffice editor for odt files. But I couldn't figure out how to open an md file in LO so that I could use its review features.
