But I see three problems with this vote:
1. There is a typo in the first line of proposal 1. "Kiel" should be
changed to "Pasadena".
2. The 1.a option requires a list of attendees but no list is given.
3. The limit of $2000 maybe a bit low for attendees from outside North
America.
