I've prepared pages on the Wiki for the proposed bugfest in December and Hackfest in May at LGM:

Bugfest:
* We need to decide on exact dates once Mc can reserve a room. Given the short lead time, it might be good to have the bugfest overlap a weekend. I'm personally available from Sunday, the 1st of December through Saturday, the 7th (except Wednesday). We need to send out invitations ASAP, especially if we'll reimburse travel costs.
* I would propose that we treat this as a mini hackfest and offer reimbursement of up to $1000 for travel costs (I'll have zero cost as I live about a 20 minute drive away from the venue). We'll need a vote on this.
* I've included MIT as a possible North American site but that would depend on if anybody can join Martin there.
Hackfest:
* I've sent an email to Elisa asking if there is space for us to have a hackfest before or after LGM. I personally can only attend if it is before.
