My guess is that the cost is going to fairly directly offset the expensed amounts for going out for coffee and snacks. Do they have a minimum # of people?
Do we need to spin a re-vote on this, or is this adequately covered by the vote we already did?
If the budget we have covers it, then I see no need for a vote.
Krzysztof has also said the costs are reasonable... so unless someone objects, I'll tell Alex to go ahead.
