Background

We voted to remove Bryce's address from our FSA and when we sent that to the SFC they responded that an address was required. Apparently the address is used as a means of last resort if they can not in any way contact the project. Upon discussion Marc has volunteered to use his university address for this address. It would mean that, if for what ever reason the project disappeared, the SFC would look towards Marc to transfer everything associated with the project.

Proposal

Replace the Bryce Harrington's address in the preamble of the FSA with the following address:
