Summarizing the plans from the meeting today:
------------------------------------------------------------------------ Fall 2018 - Hackfest: Kiel, Germany (Maybe September?) Coordinator: Maren
Spring 2019 - SCALE: Pasadena, California (March 7-10) Coordinator: Josh & Ted - LGM: Saarbrücken, Germany (May 30-June 3) Coordinator: Tav
Fall 2019 - Hackfest: TBD Coordinator: TBD
------------------------------------------------------------------------
For the Kiel hackfest, we'll need a proposal and a board vote. Maren, can you set up some pages in wiki; you can use the past hackfests for reference. What should the dates be? When it's ready I'll send out the vote.
Start also contacting people that might be interested in going.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
For SCALE, probably worth doing wiki pages, if we're going to try and stimulate attendance. Josh and Ted, can you set these up? If we have enough people, should we also do a mini-hackfest for a couple days before or after the event?
------------------------------------------------------------------------
For LGM Saarbrücken, guessing we can probably do the same as for this recent one. Tav, mind setting up wiki pages for it?
