Josh and Martin, we should probably hear more from you on your no votes before we finalize everything.  I'd rather we be in consensus than just rely on a simple majority.

For item #5, we are in consensus that there should be (at least) one news item, so can limit to that, unless my explanation happens to have swayed Tav and Josh.

I'm happy with the explanation. So we can deliver the right details to the future sponsors and there not being any misunderstandings. I think you've covered my concerns.
