I'm going to vote a.
Typically I don't like it when the project needs people to do volunteer work, but I think René is very much upfront about and committed to delivering any liabilities on our end.
Many thanks to him for that volunteer commitment. If anything rare and wild should happen, please let us know as soon as possible in case we have to organise something or at least get in touch with them.

Dear PLC,
it's voting time!
In exchange for new and much more advanced macOS infrastructure, MacStadium would like the following in return:
- Case Study - Provide baseline details, feedback, and quotes to
MacStadium marketing team to support creation of a written case study on Inkscape’s transition from Bare Metal to Orka.
- Partner Livestream - Work with MacStadium marketing and product
teams to co-host a livestream video that focuses on the Inkscape team's prior challenges with Mac infrastructure needs and how those were solved with Orka.
- Publishing of one blog post on inkscape.org announcing the move to
an Orka-based setup for the Apple platform build system. Content to be written by Inkscape team and shared with MacStadium team in an FYI capacity prior to posting.
- Co-promotion of all joint content on active social channels (X,
Bluesky, etc.)
The burden of making MacStadium happy will be on RdH. SFC has given a green light from the legal perspective.
