next time for these kinds of votes, I'd really like to be
able to vote with at least one or two projects already drafted/presented...
I agree, especially given the monetary commitment from the project's coffers. Part of us helping to manage the project's funds is to do so being relatively informed on what we're actually expecting in terms of deliverables.
