So what do you guys want to do?
I think if we present the idea of a house (or two) hackfest to the developers mailing list and use a poll (website?) to say when in the future is good for people, then we'll know for sure how many people to aim for.
If it's just here on the board list, I'm not sure we're going to get the data we need.

My wife thinks we should postpone the hackfest and shoot for doing the original suggested place next spring. She can dig up more links if you want to stick with oct/nov, but will need guidance on what to shoot for in terms of # of people and desired dates.
