On a related point: while Inkscape itself is released under GPLv2,

including screen shots, as "all rights reserved." If there *is* a
license notice, and I missed it, please point it out to me. If not:
have you thought about how you'd like to license the content and
documentation? Let me know how you'd like to proceed.
