Wacom has a service called 'Inkspace'
http://www.wacom.com/en-us/products/apps-services/inkspace
I'm getting support requests from people who think Inkscape is Inkspace.
I can sanitise the website and make sure there's no cross terms. But to be honest, this looks like a case for the lawyers, since it's so close to Inkscape's trademark that it's going to cause confusion.
Thoughts?

Agreed, it will lead to dilution of our brand given their product is in the same space.
Waste of time to pursue it. They are not the same spelling, they are not using our logo or other. User error is not legally actionable.

However, I will vote "yes" to send a cease and desist letter through the software conservancy to Wacom, if that's the popular vote. It's definitely confusing, even if in a legal grey area.

So I agree that I'm not sure that we could win in court, but I think a nice letter asking them to change makes sense. It is a typo that I've made, and we can already show some users are getting confused, so I think we should at least have the conversation.
