Project Administrator (Draft Contract)
Dear PLC,
As discussed at meetings and in chat, I have put together a draft proposal for continuing to contract Roland Taylor for the role of project administrator.
Please see the attached PDF file ahead of the plc meeting in 45mins (sorry for the short time to read it, it's not long) where we can discuss and redraft if needed.

This is a proposal from the Inkscape project leadership committee for contracting a part-time administrator to help run the facilities of the project.
This focus is on boosting the project’s capacities to support volunteers, attract funding and improve stability and manage certain paperwork heavy processes that allow others to do their work more easily. Job responsibilities are in the attached pdf.
The requested budget is $36,000 at the SFC standard rate of $75 per hour for 480 hours over 24 weeks (6 months).

I vote a. Usually I would have expected slightly stricter wording on supervision / success criteria, but given that the candidate has a very good track record I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt.
