To give you some visibility into where we're allocating funds, the board has recently selected the following:

1. Purchase of various programming manuals for the top 10 contributors in 2013. The books just shipped last week.

2. Sponsorship of one of our developers to attend the SVG working group meeting in Leipzig, to cover travel, hotel, and meal costs.

3. Sponsorship of 6 developers to attend the LibreGraphics Meeting (LGM) also in Leipzig, covering up to $500 of expenses each.
