Hi,
I've exchanged a couple of emails with Martin Owens. He has asked:
"Who has access to the current live website and the dns records?"
Does anyone know the answer?
Does anyone have comments about the Inkscape website he's been working on?[1] Is there anything that needs to be done before we switch to it?

For the dns records, those are now held by the Software Freedom Conservancy. Aaron had done the hand off; I'm not sure what the process or contact person is for making DNS changes though.
Are there any other DNS changes we need besides the website?
