I'd suggest that we do the following: since the 10%-back-to-Conservancy
is probably the biggest change, go ahead and finish the vote on that.
A majority of board has voted in favor of this 10%.

Once that's done, let's work together on the Representation
section.
Once that's drafted, Tony and I can send around a final draft of the
template that's adapted specifically for Inkscape, and then you can vote
on that as a whole.
I do encourage everyone on the Inkscape Committee to read the entire
document in detail and ask any questions you have. It's a formal
agreement with lots of details and Conservancy wants to be sure that
everyone in Inkscape's leadership is comfortable with the new FSA before
we sign it.
