[Inkscape-devel] Fast compiling with both gcc and g++

I documented a procedure for building both gcc and g++ copies of the codebase from the same cvs checkout.

I would highly encourage developers to adopt an approach such as this, so you can help detect and avoid g++ compilation errors.
