I've just posted the source tarball for 0.45 to sourceforge. Packagers, please create the packages from this. :-)
(Also, please consider gpg signing your release packages - there are some notes for this on the CreatingDists page in Wiki.)
It's also time for us to create the release announcement for this release. Anyone interested in helping me on this?
