        Use of primitiveFilterUnits (also add GUI).
        GUI for feImage's preserveAspectRatio.
        feTile.
        Fill Paint/Stroke Paint inputs.
        Many minor issues.
        (A good GSOC project would be to focus on filters with the
        addition of speeding up rendering by parallel processing.)
