[Inkscape-devel] Translation work for Inkscape 0.45

      This is the official notice to begin translation work for Inkscape 0.45.
We are not yet string frozen, but we're very close.  This is an early
notice to start planning on updating translation work; another notice
will be sent out once we are string frozen.
Adib:  Can you notify all translators that we are nearly to string
freeze?  Thanks!

Final verification of late work, packaging, release notes, etc.

Post packages for major platforms
Post official announcements
