This brings up an interesting question. If we have people who specialise in outreach, should they be given access to G+, twitter and et cettera?
Yes, for the platforms they're actively engaged in. I don't think we should blindly hand out access, for obvious reasons, but if someone specializing in outreach has a need for credentials then we should provide them.
There might be some consideration in if for a given platform, if we have someone defined as "The XYZtr Guy" there might be some concern adding a second person there. However, I think both from a bus-factor point of view, as well as the principle that Inkscape is teams not individuals, that we should encourage multiple people to be active on any one account. But that said, it would probably be good practice to run new applicants past the existing credential holders first.
