We could host it on Open Clip Art Library? We have a contest engine...we could setup a time limit, who will judge, or let the community judge as a poll...I am in favor of leaving final selection up to Inkscape devs. however...
Cool, that'd work. Perhaps the community could vote to narrow the selections to the top 10% for the developers to choose from?
Also, would it be worthwhile to tie this in with the deviant art community? Perhaps we can announce in both places but encourage them to use OCAL for uploading and ranking?
