Since we made registration restricted to via admins it shouldn't be an issue any more.

It looks like Simarilius has fixed the link.

We blocked the page from being edited 8 years ago due to vandalism.  I
don't know whether that's still a concern or not.  In the hopes that it
isn't, I've removed the administration lock.  Logged in, registered
users can edit the page.

If vandalism becomes an issue again, please let me know asap and we can
re-lock the page, and/or try some different scheme.
