I suspect you were having problems because the page didn't have a text-box added to it. You simply add a text widget into the 'slot' and then you can edit that text widget with your html.

Link to bzr only, we can go into details there about diffs and patches. I'd also link to a page on the website rather than a wiki page. If one doesn't exist yet, then paste in the right info from the wiki into a new page for the website.
