Given that we're dealing with graphics software here, presentation should be turned up.

However I don't think it's really necessary to update since I don't have
the impression the current design lacks anything and in any case I'd
give functionality a larger priority than design.

This is one of those things that I had talked to Martin about yesterday and that in a couple weeks I would carve out some time to work on it. If I were the one to work on this it isn't an either/or with functionality vs design... because I don't work on the functionality side of things.
