[Inkscape-devel] verbs and "help" menu

I was toying around with making some icons for the "help" menu, only to discover that hooking it up would prove difficult.

Should the help menu setup ("sp_ui_help_menu") be converted to the verb-style of menus so we can more easily attach icons? Or is there a reason this menu wasn't converted?
