Yep but you have to redownload it first. Autopackage won't currently do that for you.
Also note that the current nightlies are built against 0.5, which had a few bugs in w.r.t X security and kde 3.2/gnome 2.6 menus. The bugs which actually broke installs are fixed in CVS and the upcoming 0.6 release, when it's out I'll switch the nightlies to using it.
