Since Arpad had done the round of updates to the .po files a few days ago, I get the following error when building on win32.

make[1]: Entering directory `C:/cvs/inkscape/inkscape/po'

c:\gtk26\bin\msgfmt -o am.mo am.po

make[1]: *** [am.mo] Error -1073741515

And then it gives a windows error dialog with an OK button that says msgfmt.exe couldn’t find intl.dll. It was building perfectly fine up until that commit and he said he just did the updates like normal.

I’m not sure what was changed, but compiling errors out since he updated those files. It may affect more than the “am” files because it dies on that one, which is the first for it to process.

Anyone have any thoughts? Should I file a formal bug? Thanks!
