No. "Quick zoom" is entirely different. Middle click must zoom in or out with shift, middle drag must pan, shift+middle drag must start rubberband zoom. This is a basic way of navigation for me and I'm sure others. All you need to fix it is to pass middle button events to event-context which will take care of that.

Of these listed here, only click to zoom works now. Can't you just pass ALL middle click events up?
