[Inkscape-devel] HELP SYSTEM: scrollkeeper + yelp

In regards to implementing a cross-platform help system, we can use docbook in conjunction with scrollkeeper/yelp on Linux and OS X, and then convert to Microsoft HTML Help from docbook for win32 based systems.
