Palette swatches. Paste style. Selected style indicator's right-click commands (these are for black/white only for now but I plan to add a more general facility of color changing to this widget by dragging).
Ah, so your statement above is only true if the colour you want to use for a stop already exists. Otherwise, Fill is indeed the only way to define a colour for a stop, currently.
On a side note, when copying a style, the opacity/alpha value does not apply to a colour stop.
