of this point we really just need to award it to the second
place entry
if we can get a hold of them.
I'd rather wait some more. We're not even past pre3 yet.
Seconded. His entry is SO much beyond the second choice.
FWIW, even if he misses the .42 deadline, I think we should let him know that we'd be interested in it for .43 if he gives us the SVG in time.
I definitely agree that we should wait, I only suggested it because it's difficult to get a sense of the urgency with you guys sometimes. The problem is that one person makes it sound like we're releasing tomorrow and someone else is saying it's a week at the soonest. Anyway, I really do feel the need to get in contact with the runner-up to make sure they're reachable, just in case we can't easily get a hold of him (like the winner).
