I know you'll get tired of me soon :)
Do we know exactly which combination of Cairo and Inkscape makes SVG Fonts dialog working? If we do, should we mention that in Release Notes and INSTALL?
If we keep SVG Fonts for 0.47, could we please have a little more verbose UI? At least mentioning which way exactly of entering Unicode value of a glyph, and a spinbox for precise setting of kerning.
