[Inkscape-devel] how to edit blueprint in launchpad?

I tried to set the webpage for this launchpad blueprint "multiple-pages-support" https://blueprints.launchpad.net/inkscape/+spec/mutiple-pages-support to the page in the wiki that I recently created: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Multipage

It looks that I have no rights to do that.?

I am member of the "inkscape bug team". Do I need an other membership?

Who can help?
