If in the website development you still want OSQA add for the questions and answers. It is a Django App and with either hooks or use as a plugin it should also be doable.

I agree the tutorials should be hosted on the site. The original layout for that page was great we need the links for now as place holders and decide what ones we will keep; the layout is doable.
