Basically, you have to reconfigure with svg2 features enabled: CPPFLAGS="-DWITH_MESH -DWITH_CSSBLEND -DWITH_CSSCOMPOSITE -DWITH_SVG2 $CPPFLAGS" ../inkscape/configure and then you will have no problems compiling.

Or you could wait until someone fixes it ;)
