I have some time this weekend to work on Inkscape. I'll do my best to get it compiling again. I'll fix the build.xml file to have the right includes and libs.
And as soon as someone adds the #ifdefs, I'll add the boost files to the bundle and upload again.
Never mind this. I surrendered trying to keep the dependencies out and decided to just include all of boost. I got Inkscape building again on Win32, and uploaded a new bundle.
None of the /boost/lib libraries were needed for linking, so I removed those to try to keep the size down.
